When You Feel AnxiousWhen fear feels loud, you do not have to carry it alone.
Anxiety can make the future feel heavy, uncertain, and difficult to hold.
Sometimes the mind races.
Sometimes the body feels exhausted.
Sometimes fear quietly convinces us we must carry everything ourselves.
But God continually invites us to return to Him — again and again.
Return to Truth
“Do not be anxious about anything,
but in every situation,
by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving,
present your requests to God.”Philippians 4:6
“Cast all your anxiety on Him
because He cares for you.”
1 Peter 5:7
Pause & Reflect
What feels most heavy right now?
What am I afraid might happen?
What belief may be speaking louder than God’s Truth?
What would it look like to return and trust God one step at a time today?
Return Prayer
Lord,
You already know what feels heavy in my heart.
Help me return to what is true when fear grows loud.
Remind me that You are near, trustworthy, and present even here.
Amen.
Return again.
When fear visits, return again.
When questions come, return again.
When your mind feels heavy, return again.
God is still near here, too.
